So I have a H!Henry that I really haven't used, and considering foddering off for Armor March. I'm considering giving it either to BK or Hardin (both have Ward Armor currently), so which one would get the better benefit?

Just because you've never used him atleast build him. The only green armoured Mage in the entire game and you're foddering him. ( unless you have more copies ) with High Spd and Res he can become a 'monster' in an armour emblem reaching 45 Res or even higher.
Yeah this is the issue with green armours; it's the same with blue fliers and probably infantry swords
I could get behind a decision to give up even this good IV if Henry isn't going to see the battlefield anyways. If you're going to get rid of him, I'd put the march on your bold fighter.
Armor March isn't really that necessary of a skill to have, is it? Armor Emblem, from what I can tell, rely on staying in the same general area, and utilizing Swap (or other such skills) to have the preferred match ups you want.
Armor March just adds mobility, which is not really something armored units need, at least in my opinion.
