Fodder Units

I have a L!Ike for Warding Breath and Fjrom for Shield Pulse, and both of them I would like to give those skills to units that can really take advantage of them. For W Breath which are the best builds? I know Nowi can be the best option, but I would like to see other options before. With Shield Pulse I was thinking about the Raven build (image below) since I can take him to +10, but I don't know if there's a better build with a different unit. Please I would like to hear opinions and your builds guys, thanks.

Breath skills work well on literally any melee unit (that can inherit it ofc). Dragons just tend to stand out because built-in DC allows them to not only check other melees, but ranged units as well. On a slow unit they just need QR and they're set. On a fast unit that doesn't necessarily need QR, they could use wrath for some explosive special damage, like Nephenee.

Similarly, the shield pulse build you mentioned can technically work on anyone with a slaying weapon and LnD but Raven/Linus/Lon'qu stand out because of double LnD. The only other notable example I could think of is B!Ike. He tanks anything with Pavise/Shield Pulse and doesn't care about getting doubled because of Urvan.
