Fodder my only Hardin for Bold Fighter?

Hey guys,

I have a -Atk +Res Hardin and a +Atk -Def H!Jakob that really needs Bold Fighter. Am I nuts to fodder Hardin? Despite his bad IV he's still a beast but Jakob feels pretty average with just Brave Bow+

Please help me decide!

It is by no means foolish. I did the same thing to give my Brave Lance Effie Bold Fighter, and now, she even levels many greens and walks away none the worse for wear.

Yeah my reasoning is it's better to have one fully built unit rather than two half-assed units!

Dude, I'm thinking of doing it just because I thought Sheena looked cool with it (and a Hammer, for whatever it's worth).

Mine is also -Def, if I recall..

It's definitely not crazy, BUT it's likely that the next Legendary Banner will include the Winter seasonal banner i.e. possibly Winter Lissa to fodder for Bold Fighter.

I'm in a similar situation, and while my Hardin is +SPD/-DEF he's also the only capable Lance armor unit I have at the moment and he's been crucial in dealing with reds in Arena. I guess it just depends what your team needs at the moment.

Whether you need him or not, he's a very good unit. In my case, I have enough units to fill roles that I can afford it.
