Fodder off Kana (M) to Ninian?

Okay so I have a +Atk -Def Ninian (a bit bad, I know). She's mostly a support unit for whenever I need a dancer (TA3, WoM etc.), so my question is should I give her Water Breath to help with her bulk in case she needs to take a hit? Is it a good decision?

Hello I made this account specifically to answer this question. If you like Ninian enough I say go for it! I spent 20k feathers just to upgrade Kana into 5* and fodder him off to Ninian for that Water Breath+
Now she is beautiful I love her T_>T
My Ninian is +spd (forgot what bane), Summoner supported and supported with Fallen Robin. Weapon is +def Water Breath+. Skills are TA2, Swordbreaker and Fortify Dragons with Close Def 2 seal. She functions really well as a Falchion/sword killer in my dragon team and I wouldn't replace her for anything else <3

I instantly foddered off kana to my Ninian (heavily invested) and I gotta say, it was totally worth it.
Mines +res/-atk and the res helps boost glacies damage output and also helps her tank magic like a boss. With close counter and now water breath, she can reach to 44 res.
This build that I'm currently running, it allows her to tank pretty much anything (including falchions and axes) and then hit back with a 40-60 damage glacies. I can't make a team without her!
