Florina as a "traditional" pegasi

Now with all these buffs, we can finally build her into an actual Spd-based unit. Due to how slow she was, she was basically narrowed-down to either Brave > Death Blow or Killer > QR.

A +Spd Florina with certain buffs is now able to reach up to around 40 Spd. A Slaying+ Iceberg with her new Spd sounds pretty cool to me.

And her defense is quite passable. If you use Darting Blow, she hits 46 speed(49 with a +spd seal) Of course Death Blow would be better to raise her otherwise only 49 atk(after Hone Fliers.) Still, that is a pretty good mix.

Yeah, her Def is somewhat decent. Fury is better because she gets a mix of both.

True. That's 52 atk unbuffed. Yeah, I can see how she could be quite damaging, especially since she's fairly easily available, and can thus be merged up without too much trouble.

Her base Spd represent her Spd tier. It's useless to think value-wise.

It's only relative to certain buffs and other conditions which could be applied similarly to any other pegasus or units in general.

If she is a slow pegasus due to her base Spd; nothing can help her since "slow" is all about how "fast" some are.

Nope, the relation is the game you play on. You'll still double a lot of enemies on most other modes, and it's not like every other character is running over 35+ Spd. People forget that a lot of chracters that actually run on said Spd tiers are more like outliers.

I mean, I do get what you're telling me. I'm not talking strictly about how it compares to in relation as a whole, but only to the game you're playing. Since this game isn't strictly "PvP", it benefits characters that you aren't as limited when it comes to building them now.
