Flier Team sugestions

Well, hello. Even after basically a year of playing on this account I dont have any flier teams set in stone since I constantly change the members (I dont use flier emblem a lot).I would like to hear some recomendations for some flier teams from other people to help me stop being so indecisive about how I should make the team each and every time. (It doesnt have to be just 1 team. Though, I would like to hear opinions on what team would be the best one)

So, these are my 5* fliers
Red:
Caeda (+Spd -Atk )
Elincia (+Atk -Res)

Blue:
Valter
Catria (+Def -Res)
Shigure (+Speed -Res)
Morgan(F) (+Spd -Res)
4*+7 Est (Netural) [Including her bc, hey, she is pretty much a 5*+2 as far as stats go]

Green:
Gerome
Summer Innes (+HP -Spd)
NY Azura +2(+Spd -Res)
Bridal Sanaki (+Def -Atk)

Colorless:
L Robin (+Def -Hp)

As far as builds go I havent invested anything into Sanaki and Innes yet (the boons and banes hurt), Also LRobin bc her kit seems good enough for now.
I have barely invested into Caeda and Catria (I'm waiting for a good IV copy. those 2 were pity breakers)

I do plan on 5 starring Michalis (and merging him after I'm done with my current merge projects)
I finally got 2 optimal IV Cordelias (+Atk/+Spd) but before upgrading her I summoned a perfect IV shigure, invested into him quite a bit, and since he will probably be a better user of Firesweep lance because of his extra speed I might wait a bit more before promoting a copy to use (she has died for galeforce a couple of times)
And untill I decide merging Cherche, I think Gerome is good enough to do her job
As for promoting and building other fliers or building my current ones, I dont mind any recomendations

If you want a Flying Tank Catria (+Res/-HP for a true Optimal build) is your girl 100%. So many people (including the "Optimal Builds" on this site) want to build her more offensively then "complain" that she's not as good as others at it - No Sh*t...
Seriously though, I would suggest Elincia/Catria/Sanaki, and Robin.

This gives you a Legendary Hero (for "seasonal" Stat Boosts) good Physical and Res offenses, and a super tank.

Edit note: The IVs on your listed Catria are not great so if you want a team specifically out of your characters listed see others suggestions, but being available at 3-4* means you should be able to get a -HP (any boon will work really I currently have her as +Spd myself) Catria fairly easily to promote and merge.

I havent really looked into Catria too much since I already had a 5* Valter at that point and used him instead. It doesnt sound like a bad idea and Catria should be easy enough to merge.
I if I start using robin a bit more I might bless the other units as well to have the extra boost

For red you should go Elincia as the -atk on Caeda is terrible. You could always upgrade another one with good ivs but for now just use elincia.
For blue, a flying mage is always helpful. With +Spd on morgan you could run a good bladetome set and nuke everything. This paired with hone fliers on NY! Azura would be incredible.
For green, NY! Azura. A dancer is always useful and she comes with hone fliers.
Robin is you're only colorless option so that's that. Generally colorless isn't necessary so if you want, you're fourth member could be firesweep shigure. Having a firesweep weapon is always good, especially on a flier team.

I know, Caeda was a pitybreaker (at 5.5% no less). I do plan on merging her up at some point though.

I plan on giving Shigure firesweep after I do some minor Inheritance stuff (giving + weapons on some other units), so I will prob use him in place of robin most of the time

You have the units for a pretty good flyer team.

Personally, I would go with:

Azura - Purpose - buff with Hone Flyers and Dance
Elincia - Give her Fortify Flyers. Great attacking unit, and Flyer Formation gives some interesting movement options
Female Morgan - DD seal and Blarserpent plus buffs will make her a great tank vs. mages. C slot can be flyer buff (Goad or Ward Flyers)
Female Robin - Good to kill ranged attackers. Give her Goad or Ward Flyers.

Give Robin, Morgan, and Elincia reposition as assist. (You can use other movement assists like draw back, but reposition is best)

If you want, you can give Morgan a blade tome to take advantage of the +6 to all stats for a massive attack bonus. I don't know that it's really necessary.

I use Azura in most of my flier teams because of her utility.

As for morgan I want to try her out with a blade tome a bit more before deciding what will be her main weapon, but she seems pretty good with both

And, true, reposition is optimal but to do that I have to have enough luck not to pull only Mericcs and Titanias out of greens. Most of my fliers have to deal with using pivot, swap and drawback because of that.

My suggestion for an all out offensive team:
Elincia - Amiti, Death Blow, Fortify Fliers
Morgan - Blarblade, Fury/L&D, suitable ploy/Goad Fliers
Cherche - Brave Axe, Death Blow, Goad Fliers, Heavy Blade seal (I just prefer her to her son but they do much the same job)
Azura - For Hone Fliers and singing

Burst damage from the two brave weapons and a nuke from Morgan when buffed. B skills can be Desperation, Vantage for Morgan, Flier Formation or a suitable Chill skill.

Azura could be swapped for Robin if some defense is preferred, she's still fast, her blessing makes her allies faster and adaptive damage is always handy.

Haha, I preffer Cherche over Gerome as well since you can merge her up, but untill I decide to do that I have invested a bit into my Gerome. I do plan on merging her up but since I didnt use flier teams all too much and found decent axe users with Azura and Gerome, I decided to hold on a bit to finish some other merge projects.

It also helped that I built Gerome for his TT since he was a +40% unit and I couldnt pull any of the other guys at that time (pulled my morgan at the most recent banner she appeared at
