Flier Emblem Team Build Question

I am currently building a flier emblem team with what I have below.

My current team consists of Caeda(+spd/-hp), female Morgan(-atk/+res), female Grima(+atk/-spd), and spring Kagero (+spd/-def). This team has no specific blue counters and red melee counters. This is problematic especially encountering fast armor units.

I was wondering if there are anymore units that I may be able to replace. I do not have much experiences building flier emblem team, nor do I have any characters with hone flier skill.

Current available replacement includes Camilla (+spd/-hp) with refined weapon, Catria (+def/-spd), Gerome, and two more female Grima one +def/-res, the other one +spd/-atk.

I did not list my flier units that are below 5* rarity, but if there are any useful units can be obtained below 5*, please let me know. I currently have enough feathers to promote one more unit to 5*.

Well, Camilla is a really good unit, providing Goads for her units not only with her refined weapon, but with the possible C slot.

I suggest you should merge all your grimas as you don realy need 3 grimas and grima is too much of a unit too fodder of for skills. Then replace spring kagero with camilla as with her new weapon, she can perform quite amazing.
The above method should remove blue units but for red units u can try use cordelia if you have one

Camilla and Catria perform very good but only if they are near +10. These two have very good stats distribution that can be the tank of your team. Camilla got her new weapon lately, so the buff from her weapon looks pretty good for the team since you dont have hone flier skill fliers. Cordelia(+spd/-hp or res) with firesweep lance+ and 'life and deatyh' can be a very good blue attacker. Cherche(+atk/-spd) with brave axe+ and death blow3 can be a very good green attacker. These two are both 3star so it should be easy to pick a good one. But be careful, they are not very tanky in the build that I give.

Caeda with +atk will probably perform better than the +spd one since Caeda has a very low atk but decent spd.

It all depends on how much effort do you want to put into this flier team.
