Flier Emblem for rank 19/20?

I'm wondering if anyone's using flier emblem and is on rank 19/20

My fliers are:

Cherche: 5*+1, standard brave axe+ db 3 +atk-res
Cordelia: TA Galeforce +spd-def
Elincia: Generic build +spd-res
SCorrin: Blade tome build neutral
HNowi: General Grimore base build -spd
Palla: Wo dao+
Beruka: Fortress Def Ignis
Florina: Brave lance def ploy

Which one should I use/merge more?

Since I have no Minerva, I'm planning to make it for the next arena season...

Currently I'm using mixed team Guidance + WChrom as bonus unit.

I used to, but switched with the rise of Rein/Brave Lyn. Fliers don't exactly have a good answer to that other than hit them before they hit you. They also have some bad matchups on some maps, but make up for it by having some good matches on others(double bridge/lava map). When I was running them I was using SCorrin/Palla/Cherche(this was before I got my Elincia, and would switch to Elincia now). SCorrin was the main hitter with blade, Palla had hone and Cherche had fortify.
Of the ones you have I would run SCorrin/Cherche and either HNowi of Elincia(they both have their pro and cons in certain matchups, and bonus to Nowi for having hone fliers that Corrin needs). Palla could be considered as well as she will be easier to merge if you need more scoring. You could also consider Beruka instead of Cherche if you need a more physical tank.
Keep in mind you are probably still going to have to use a bonus unit that is a nonflier most of the time. Subaki does come around every 6 seasons as a bonus, and you will sometimes get other fliers as a bonus as well.

Yeah, current flier is Minerva which I don't have, as for Rein/BLyn, I can made mixed team with TARavenFrobin?

If you had SCamilla I would say that. That is not to say fliers can't deal with them. In fact my SCoriin would tank Reinhardt just fine and even put her in desperation for me. If you want to run full fliers it is still possible. BLyn has paper thin defenses and just crumples to melee You just have to utilize their superior mobility, especially hit and run and reposition. I did run my fliers in tier 20 for a few months before I switched to my current team(higher score to get above horse teams). Mixed teams work as well if you would rather go that route.

Elincia - Firesweep/H&R/Goad +Atk -Def
Cordelia - Firesweep/H&R/Goad +Atk -Res
S.Camilla - Raven/TA/Fortify +Atk -HP
Tana - Vido/CDx2/Hone +Def -Res
Give them reposition and you can have great offense/defense team
You can switch Elincia with H.Nowi and Cordelia with S.Corrin if they are super merged.
For yours You can switch S.Camilla with your Cherche but its overkill on offense so try to get DC Camilla who can tank mage. And for Tana you can use super defense Beruka.

Unfortunately I have no Roderick or Soleil for Firesweep stuff, so Elincia is stufk with the Amiti. I have no Camilla/Scamilla or Tana Either orz.

In about super merging, how many merge do I need for Palla to be higher than Elincia? wo dao+ lnd3 build

Well Amiti still works fine its just sometimes you die due to low def against some tank. I say stick with Elincia instead of palla. try to get normal Camilla if you can and use Cherche until you get her for mage tanker. And use Beruka as Melee tanker for Tana.

It always good to have some Heroes you can use for bait

Flyer teams don't give you enough points to stay in that tier. I only use a flyer team for arena assault. You pretty much have to run either super merged units or an armor team for tier 20.
