Flier Emblem help

Perhaps the best way to ask it is this.

Elincia
+atk/-Res
Amiiti
Reposition
Luna
Death Blow
Hit and Run
Goad Fliers

Cherche
+atk/-Res
Brave Axe+
Reposition
Ignis
Death Blow
Hit and Run
Fortify Fliers(thinking of replacing it with Hone, but that plays into my question)

The last slot(leaving the 4th slot swappable for Arena's sake) has two possibilities
Cordelia
Neutral IVs
Firesweep Lance+
Reposition
(Special unsure, suggestions welcome)
Life and Death 3
Hit and Run
(C skill unsure, suggestions welcome)

Or

Hinoka
+Atk/-Def
Brave Lance+
Reposition
(Special unsure, but leaning towards Luna or Dragon Fang)
Death Blow 3
Hit and Run
Hone Fliers

Which is better? If I pass Hinoka's Hone Fliers to Cherche, then with her and Elincia, Cordelia can hit 65atk and 50 speed. I think outside of Wary Fighter and Lance Breaker, only a +spd Lon'qu can avoid a double from that, and she can't be counter attacked cause it's firesweep.

I'd personally choose cordelia, though hinoka would technically do more damage with that +atk. Luna is a good special for firesweep lancers unless you do moonbow + QP. And yeah if you were to use hone fliers itd go on Cherche, though with an all melee team, stacking goad is strong as well. I'd also replace ignis on cherche with bonfire since bonfire will proc on her second battle assuming nobody ever gets to retaliate against her.

I am intending to get another Goad to give to Cordelia, but I'm tapped out for now and I have no back up Palla to give up. How does Quickened Pulse sound on Cherche in that setup? Her Ignis has served me more than a few times in the arena.

You could run ignis with QP if you want, it's just usually overkill. QP is generally preferred on heroes that can abuse it on their first action (like QP + moonbow or QP+ 3 charge special + slaying weapon effect). The nice thing about bonfire is Cherche will attack her first target, bringing the charge down to 1, and then next turn if she battles again, she'll proc it on the second hit of her brave axe. Whereas with ignis, she needs to get hit once somewhere in there to proc it on her second battle.
