Flier Emblem

Having 4 fliers all with Goad is pretty darn strong. Positioning them isn't difficult, and then they get +12 atk and spd that cannot be panic ployed.

Fliers definitely excel in unrestricted mobility and should all have reposition. Because this archetype is aggro by nature, having all goad fliers is excellent, even if you lack one of them to carry hone flier. Everything else is dependent on the units themselves, though most offensive fliers will carry desperation in the B slot, especially since they have access to stacked flier buffs.

My answer would be 100% yes if you had all of that C skill stuff. Even without it though, my answer still leans toward yes. As long as you have competent fliers with good iv's and builds, I say yes. Fliers are not restricted to movement blocks like trees, rocks, rivers, volcanoes, and all of that stuff, so I'd say Flier Emblem is good, and more than possible even without the C skills.
Actually, while you invest into it, who knows? You may just pull someone with the skill!

My current main team is 3 Goads, 1 Ward. Goad stacking is very strong with the proper positioning.
