Flashing Blade Uses

With some new skills to play with, I was wondering what your thoughts are on Flashing Blade uses or whether it's too niche. Serious bummer that it's Melee Infantry/Armors only though because some fliers would have seriously loved it.

On the top of my head.... Brave weapon + Flashing Blade + Windsweep + Phantom Speed 3 synergy?

Example: a +att boon Hana can have 46 att, 31 spd spread. Phantom Speed's +10 "spd" makes up for Brave weapon's deficit and lets her harass other units without fear of retaliation while Flashing Blade builds up her special faster.
---
Cons: Flashing Blade faces competition with Deathblow, LnD, Fury staples. It's best used on units that rely a lot on their specials.

I don't think I woud've even have come close to thinking that up. I did think how Phantom Spd could finally play a role at least avoiding Flashing Blade cooldowns, but your idea in synergy with Windsweep and Phantom Spd 3 (which I completely forgot it could be upgraded, even) and a Brave user is just massive.

On the down side, like you mention, I generally find myself being a bit conservative with A-slots. I tend to prefer buff-boosting skills to stuff like Close/Distant Counters/Defense unless you already have the stats for them (as a tank, having enough Atk/massive burst damage, etc.).

It's certainly fun to think about, but it feels niche to apply... similar to Heavy Blade.

Most speedy sword users who can use Flashing Blade just feels like an inferior Mia statwise unfortunately. Some who rely on their specials ... like Slaying Sword + Glacies /Iceberg Fir miiiight be able to carve their own niche, but that's also extremely rare.

On the other hand, there are less speedy blues-- much less greens-- to work with.

I really wish Flashing Blade had more open inheritance options.

That's a really cool idea. What about Raven? Or does LnD+Desperation beat it out of the water?
Flashing blade+windsweep+phantom speed+galeforce?
Galeforce is really nasty on B!Roy, so why not?

Brave Roy has his Blazing Durandal and it has Heavy blade built in it so in my opinion it should stack up since it's not the "same" skill
thus you will get 2special charge coldown each attack
Imagine this in a horse emblem team, since you lost your life and death A skill you get a gorse buff and it's back
and you constanly get galeforce back
