Fjorm Merging Question

Deciding between a Fjorm with neutral IVs vs a +Atk -Def one. The -Def isn't really ideal so I got indecisive and spent my time on writing this question in hope that someone answers. Thanks in advance.

I merged my neutral Fjorm into one that's +res -def and she's worked well in taking on mages, just keep in mind she will take a lot of damage even form sword units.
