Fjorm IVs

In my attempts to get a legendary azura, I was visited by a +spd -def fjorm instead.
Is she worth using over my free neutral one or should she just be atk/def bond food for later?
I'm f2p if that matters.

After the merge system update, she'll get rid of the superbane if you merge her (she should get to 40/31/34/30/34 which isn't bad). I consider +SPD a decent boon so I'll keep and merge her, but it depends if you like and want to build her a little. Also, I don't consider atk/def bond good enough to fodder a legendary hero.
