Fixing my Ryoma?

My Ryoma is -Spd +Res, how could I still make him work? Should I still run the normal Fury + Vantage set?

-SPD Ryoma starts to look like neutral Ike but with good res instead of def. So Fury and Vantage should be good.

Fury is definitely still an optimal choice though a tankier IV like yours (versus mages anyway) would be more at home with Quick Riposte. Add Aether to ensure that Ryoma-nii-san won't have to extensively rely on healers and you should be shredding mages with speeds of a little over 40.

If you have the luxury of a spare Brave Ike you can even consider giving him Steady Breath ;)
