I want my Genny to be a decent razzle dazzle, but she has low speed so please help.
Although Genny's speed is really low, she has a very good attack stat. I would recommend using Pain+ and Double Savage Blow (C-Slot and Seal) because it ensures that the enemy team takes lots of damage no matter how slow she is. But if you don't have Pain then you can always use Gravity instead.
Unless you go like me and go for speed and only speed, with the Wrazzle-Dazzle you won't be needing it much. Double up on her attack stat with Attack +3 in your A slot and SS, and she'll hit an uncounterable 51 attack. Use a dancer to kart her around and you'll be just fine.
