First time in tier20!

And i dont have ANY of those bonus units at 5* :D

Actually, i have only Alphonse out of 4* pool, i ate my last Gunter 2 days ago.

Oh, right, Clarisse, but i dont wanna invest in her at all... :/

Congrats. It's always kind of easy to place high in the first day of arena (unless you are tier 20 ofc), since not that many players bother with going for a full run right away.

I actually did full run with ike (-def+hp), B! Lucina (+res-atk, but she is team healer anyway) neutral Hector and Elincia (she was luring B! Lyns perfectly, and then slashing them, honestly she is the only reason i won). So as you see, not best IV, not best time to try, but i still got 4858p, which was neat (personal best thanks for 4 legend weaps and 2 aethers).

But now im doomed, which makes me kinda sad QQ

I must have misunderstood your post in that case and I'm sorry if I did. Did you place in top 20 players last season or did you get to tier 20?

Not at all. Congrats on tier 20 then! Staying there will be difficult, but might be possible with a bonus unit, pereferably P.Azura since she has a legendary weapon to mitigate her low BST. Good luck.

Well Alfonse & Clarisse aren't terrible feather investments, so maybe you should work on them while yolo pulling greens on the dancer banner? This is precisely why I 5*ed Alfonse & Sharena.

Actually, the fonse isnt a very good unit at all, tough sharena is.
Either way, its higly improbable that you wll be able to stay in tier 20 with an unmerged normal BST unit, unless the rest of your team is heavely merged or is composed of armors.

That's why I said "not terrible". He's saved me in arena T18-19 at times when the previous banners didn't interest me so I lacked bonus units, though thankfully I've never had to use him in T20. At any rate, he does a fairly decent job at dispatching things a sword lord is expected to, with good team support that is. And the alternative in this case is not having a bonus unit at all.

Congrats! TBH, I'd just be satisfied bouncing between tiers 18-20 if you can stay in that range. That'll at least net you 4 orbs a week. The feathers really don't matter that much now that they're giving away like 300-500 feathers a day based on challenges.

I totally agree, but current roster took me by surprise and pants down, even if i knew about bonus unit's list since yesterday.

So im just crying here on you guys shoulders.

Congratz!!! I made it to tier 20 for the first time as well :) :high five: My team was P! Azura +2 (got really really lucky with 100 orbs), B! Ike, Nowi, and Elincia. Lets try to stay in!
