First Libra!

I finally snagged a Libra.
I was thinking on foddering Wo Gun to Camilla, but he has good ivs. (+spd-hp I think)
So how should I build him?

Also sidenote: I’m kinda salty about his statline. His statline is pretty much better than Camilla’s, with only his real being less :(

I wouldn't say that Libra is a better Camilla, i'd say that Camilla is just a bit better than him due to her having a 16mt prf weapon, which gives her +4 atk/spd.
If you want a budget set for Libra then i'd say this:

Wo Gun (+spd)
Reposition
Moonbow
Fury
Renewal
Flexible C slot
spd+3
You could also try to invest on his offensive stat by giving him L&D and Desperation.
For a more expensive set you could give him Steady breath and Wrath to get more dmg

And to clear up confusion, I meant his statline. Thanks for pointing it out! Edited my original post to say his statline instead of “better Camilla”.
