First free summon tickets

So apparently I’m not able to use the free summon tickets I had for the first banner they were featured in. Are those tickets locked to that banner only and I can only use them then that banner comes up again? Or is it that those summoning tickets are only there for that banner and time period so they are completely lost forever?
