Firesweep Lance Fodder

Should I promote Roderick just for his Firesweep Lance+? I currently have a Spd+Res- Roderick. However, I see that other lance units could utilize the lance better, so I want to fodder it off. Should I wait for another hero with Firesweep Lance or just use 20k feathers to upgrade him?

If you're wanting to fodder the current Roderick that you're using, then I vote against using him as fodder.

If you have another one that you don't plan on using, then I say to go ahead.
