Is Firesweep Galeforce Cordelia viable? Yes or No?

I have +Spd - Res Cordelia and I am in the process of building her.

her build is

Firesweep L+
Reposition
Galeforce

A: Heavy Blade 3
B: Swordbreaker 3
C: Goad fliers
S: Quickened Pulse

Qs:
Would this build allow Cordelia to be utilized to the fullest? As in deal damage and actually proc galeforce allowing her to utilize that extra turn to deal more damage or tactically retreat and survive?

I think while Heavy Blade is viable, Flashing Blade is much more useful for Cordelia given that your IV is +spd, but then it's not the easiest skill to obtain so the choice is up to you. I personally prefer giving Cordelia LnD A skill and Heavy Blade seal, so you OHKO a unit in turn 1, retreat with an ally then guarantee the galeforce proc on the second turn. Also saves the hassle of foddering an Ike or Mia for the skills.

I think you missed my point here, as I'm not referring to rounds

I'm saying that the ideal scenario with my set up (LnD&GF+ HB seal) would be that you engage a target that you will OHKO or ORKO, which will put you at 3 or 1 charge remaining for GF respectively. That should mean that in turn 2, your next engagement will either guarantee you a galeforce proc or straight up killing the 2nd unit. The only time where it won't guarantee a GF proc is if you straight up kill 2 units with 1 hit only, which would be pretty rare considering the defensive meta.

Having QP means you guarantee a GF proc on your first engagement IF you double your opponent, but even then it's not guaranteed if you can't double.

Yeah, that set is perfectly viable. The only thing to note is that, to maximize HB activation and actual doubling, Cordelia should be under the hone fliers effect during PP before initiating.
