Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade 🤔
So I started playing this after having a lot of people tell me it's a good game to start at. So far I've made slow progress (because I don't have a lot of time to play it). Though I'm not a big fan of heavy tutorials and babying, I still find the game enjoyable enough where it feels somewhat challenging.
I like the animations in the game and the playstyle is one of my favorites. It vaguely reminds me of an old game I used to play called Shining Force (it's also a turn based RPG but there's no weapon triangle).
I guess this post is more of an appreciation post to Fire Emblem and other turn based games that don't catch a lot of people's eyes. Hopefully I can beat Blazing Blade eventually so I can start the next one.

Shining Force is my all time favorite series! It's a shame the new games have all become... Something else. That said I too have started playing Blazing Blade- for the 3rd time, I just wasn't motivated enough to continue playing after the Ballista level, but this time I'm on chapter 19 of Eliwood's story.
Not really a true tip, but I'm going to call it a tip anyways.
I will say when you get to that point abuse the heck out of the arena, because, why not!
