I pulled a 4 star chrom yesterday only to find out he's +Spd -Atk. Gotta love luck. While messing with skills and seals i sorta had the idea to throw fury and spd 3 seal on him to push it to 35. But what are your opinions/ideas?
Chrom has one of the highest attacks in the game so -ATK is salvageable... +SPD is unfortunate but at least it's a +4 increase. I think Fury and SPD+3 is a decent plan. Chrom has great HP so I'd probably give him Panic Ploy in his C slot to ensure that cavalry do not buff their way to doubling him (alternatively, you could go with the seal but that removes SPD +3).
I have a 5*+3 Chrom +Spd - Res Fury 3, renewal 3 C slot con be for Threat attack / speed / def. The +spd makes him able to prevent follow up attacks from a lot of meta fast units. His def at 35 makes a solid wall and 57 attack is just mad :v. You can algo use him with Brave sword and have fun doble hitting with 49 and be at the edge of 30 spd which is not bad to prevent dobles from regular speed units.
