Finalizing my arena team/merge projects

Okay, so over the past few weeks, I've been asking questions about arena team compositions and scoring.
I've finally come up with a team and have already begun merging (each is +4). However, I'd like some advice on skills/builds. I can fully kit each unit out, it's just a matter of how much I want to sacrifice.
So, here we go.

Marth (+spd/-res)

Here are my questions:
1. Which B skill for Marth? The only Neph I have is +def/-hp and I kinda like her, so I don't know yet, but I'm willing to be convinced.

2. Raven needs a 240 A or B skill to get to the next SP bracket. I'd like to keep fury for his bulk, but I can't think of a great B skill, unless I go for escape route or WoM as a "filler."

3. Can Nowi manage with brazen atk/def instead of steady breath? I know it hurts, but i only have one brave Ike, and even though he's -atk/+res, he's good. Again, I'm willing to be convinced.

The thing about arena these days is that you want your core to support or at least enable your bonus unit to get all the kills for bonus points. It creates a massive difference in score. You can therefore easily just give Raven a random A and B skills for 240SP, because he won't be fighting that much anyway, or you can just stick with fury + desperation and deal with the fact, that he will score 2 points less.

Marth works best with QR imho. He has only a decent speed stat, which prevents doubles from the faster units, so the guaranteed follow-up helps and his weapon's renewal helps him to stay in the threshold.

Nowi is a completely different hero with steady breath. The cooldown reduction is huge, since Aether can usually heal her back up to full hp while killing her enemy at the same time due to the 50% res reduction. Brave Ike is good, sure, but by sacrificing him you will get a top tier unit, instead of having two good units.

Okay, good point about Nowi. I'll suck it up and give her SB.
Question about her IVs, though. Would you roll with -spd since she'd be doubled all the time anyway? I'm thinking of eventually switching her to +def and either -hp or spd.
Also, is she better with guard3 and QR3 in the s slot or QR3 with CD3?

IV is the toughest choice. I built my Nowi for mixed phase and actually built her at +spd IV, but if you want to focus more on pure enemy phase defense, I think that -hp will be a bit better. -spd brings her speed far too low and she can then have a bit of trouble especially against mages, who she would be able to duel if she didn't get doubled and having neutral speed will also allow you to sometimes fight effectivelly on player phase, whereas -spd makes you 100% reliant on enemy phase and QR to fight.

As for the B-skill, guard and QR3 seal are arguably the best skills for her. Guard is extremely valuable against bold/special/vengeful fighters which are all over the arena and QR3 is basically mandatory. The only problem with this, which baffles me, is that guard is a 200SP skill and it makes her score 2 less points because of that.

For Marth, I would reccommend a Chill skill, if you can afford it. It combos really well with his refinement, and he has enough of a mixed-phase statline that he doesn't need something like Desperation or so to survive. Chill Def or Chill Speed, if you can get them, are what I would reccommend.

For Raven, I would keep Desperation over Fury, since it should allow him to survive longer once he's on low HP. I would reccommend Brazen Atk/Spd from Linus, since it is an amazing skill for attackers like Raven.

For Nowi, as long as she's not relying on her special all that much for either KO potential or sustainability, I think Brazen would be fine. If she is relying on Aether in a larger capacity then I would definitely suggest SB.
