A few questions on IVs and stuff

I've had really good luck on the legendary banner, so I had a few questions about IVs and builds for what I got.
1. B!Hector: Neutral, +atk/- res, +atk/- hp or +res/- atk (probably not this but I figured I'd mention it anyways)
2. F!Kana: +atk/-res. Should I go for a more offensive build, because I already have M!Grima and Fae (*edit: and Myrrh. Forgot about her) built as enemy phase green dragons.
3. L!Lucina: +def/- res. Would it be worth investing into her def a little bit, and also C slot recommendations for an infantry team.

1. +Atk/-HP. Res is more important than HP if his Res is ever targeted twice in a single combat. Because he is so slow, his Res will always be targeted twice.

2. Give her Warding Breath instead of Lightning Breath to patch up the bane. Her Atk is still only 47 with Water Breath. Don't create a build around 47 Atk. Invest in her Spd, not her Atk.

3. Her Def is actually pretty good with the +4 boon. Either consider her neutral because her offensive stats are untouched, or maybe consider close counter/close def 3 seal for enemy phase builds. A good C slot would be Atk Smoke or Def/Res wave.

For the Lucina - her def is worth investing in. Her weapon gives her a boost to it as well which helps. If you have the fodder I would suggest ATK/def link. You can also give her a def wave or have someone on her team use def tactic if you aren't using infantry. On a personal note I have mine paired with a +10 Morgan so she always gets boosts from his weapon too.
