A few questions on IVs and stuff

So I've been pretty lucky with this L!Banner, and had some questions about the IVs on some of the units I got.
1. B!Hector: Neutral (CYL2 choice) or +atk/- res. +atk is definitely good, but I'm a little worried about his ability to take magic damage, especially with res being a super bane.
2. Gunnthra: +Spd/-atk or +hp/- Spd. I'm running her with her default weapon, not a blade tome, and on a team built around debuffing enemies with Hríd and S!Linde, so that helps with her atk. Should I just keep using the -atk or use the other one?
3. L!Ryoma: Happened to get him with +spd/- atk... Probably going to run him with Firesweep sword, kind of like a red Cordelia. Just wondering if I'd be better off with death blow over LnD, since I think like 42 spd with that boon.
4. I also got a spare Hríd and was wondering about some good candidates for DC.

Well I don't have H!Myrrh (had horrible luck on that banner), my normal one already has DC. Some people I had in mind were Tiki (both adult and child) with BoF, Effie and Helbendi.

Those are all good candidates; out of bias, I'd go for Y!Tiki.

Though as a more serious answer, it would depend on who you need more. You already have DC Myrrh, so maybe not Helbindi. You also already have B!Hector so I don't see why Effie. What about red DC units?

Well, I have both Sigurd and another Hríd (the one I'm going to use), as well as W!Tharja. Also BK and the free Ike we all got. A!Tiki is currently running Lightning breath instead of BoF.
