Festival Elincia refine

So thanks to the arena assault rewards yesterday combined with 10 stones from a full arena run today, I finally have enough to refine her weapon. But I'm a little unsure if I should refine for +res or +spd given she's +res/-spd? Also once I refine her weapon, I'll have enough dew to refine Katarina's tome as well!
