Festival Dancer Olivia as Kagero 2.0

I pulled a +ATK -RES (bane was unlucky but not complaining). I'd like to give her Kitty Paddle if I pull a spare H Sakura somehow or I get one with bad IVs, but that's probably not gonna happen so poison dagger is the next best thing. Personally I'm putting fury and vantage, same build as my Kagero, and probably moonbow or luna (don't use glimmer, it sucks). Leaning toward Moonbow. I liked the idea of sweep skills at first too, but after further thought it's only useful if the enemy unit survives, and usually you don't want to leave an enemy unit alive, especially ranged mages. I'd go desperation to take care of DC melee infantry, but you should try to get a teammate who can help her safely get in Desperation range because with LND her defenses are almost nonexistent. As for C skill, I'm going hone attack with a spur attack seal. For context, I'm putting her in a triangle adept mage core team who pretty much all have some kind of hone or spur covering each others' weaknesses.

So I've been using Poison Dagger +Atk/-Spd Olivia for a month with Death Blow 3. Yours actually are better IVs. With Death Blow and just a bit of buffing, she ORKOs every mage reliably save Celica on occasion.

L&D 3 might be a bit more ideal so she can double more units, but I personally didn't want to invest that much into a dancer since the weapon was already 20k. I use Wings of Mercy for her B slot btw. Watersweep 3 is pricey and a bit overkill unless you're worried about her fighting dragons, as she already kills most mages in one blow. I guess it'd help against cavalry mages if you want her to fight them.
