Female Kana on a Dragon Emblem

So I recently pulled Kana, a character I really wanted. IVs are meh, but not terrible: -Def +Res. I wanted to make her the offensive unit of my Dragon Emblem. I plan to give my Young Tiki, who is also my psuedo-healer, Hone Dragons, so that raises Kana's speed to 40 without having a speed refine or a speed raising A Skill or Seal. Should I run a basic Fury + Desperation set (46 Speed with Hone Dragons support and Speed refine), or is there something else you would recommend?

For reference, her allies on the team would be Garon (Slow Tank), Male Kana (Fast Tank), and Young Tiki (Healer & [Potential] Dragon Check).
