I have a plethora of Felicias so Im trying to decide if it's worth making a 5*+10 or if I should promote one and inherit her weapon to a 4*+10
I kind of doubt it, but then you realise that she's actually really good against magic- and colourless, to boot. Add the fact that she's gotten her own refine (basically meant to fight magic), Dull-Ranged, DD Seal, etc...she's got something going. But 5*+10? Yeaaah, still have my doubts.
when her new weapon+refinement came out she really did go up in tiers especially since she was now able to do more damage against high def units but since the advent of Myrrh, the Grimas, Hardin, W.Tharja, W.Chrom, etc. mixed bulk units are becoming more common than they used which will definitely hinder Felicia's usability.
//if you really like her and shes in your arena core team, then i do recommend 5*+10 because she needs the extra stats because she is a ranged unit
