FEH on Bluestacks Doubt and Nintendo/Google Account

Actually Bluestack(or any other Emulator) are able to run FEHeroes??
Long time ago I tried and it Worked, recently looks like is not working, but not sure if there is the PC or the Software

To be able to sync the game on another device with the nintendo account, it is also necessary to have the phone logged with the same Google account like in the previous phone?
I temporally Get borrowed one better Device, but due technician issues there is not "Google Account" logged-in in the new one, I Can run the game but I cant sync the game using the N Account
The session in the other phone was closed during the process
