Feh annoucement hype questions

I cannot belive how much they have changed the game and they can keep create It but i love It.
Still i got few questions

1)The 8% is Just for the First summoning or with any other summons that May comes next? I really Hope the last One since the Red(ayra and celica with ike) and Green One(finally i can obtain both Hector and spring Camilla) are amaizing while grey One too but i have them and blue well they are disapointing asside maybe caeda but there are better unit.

2)Who to free summon between in the new banner(i won't go for them since 27 november has a way Better One still i will try my luck on my First summon)? Mia looks Pretty amaizing especially with her skills but aya still might be better than her (but i do not have her anyway),lute for a real fast yet tanky mage since i do not have them that fast asside scorrin and -speed delthea or dorcas which is basically Hector without armor but with a new a skill(i do lack Green user Which aren't mage and DC is always useful).

3)Which do you think is the priority to upgrade Legendary and no weapons? Like you Better upgrade Minerva First so on.

4)Do you think events like the 8% plus festival character reaperance May happens again?

5)fjorm you Can have her for free without spending orb in blues on the 27 november banner right?

6)since the 27 banner is coming the halloween banner won't be as that great (still is a good thing for the new banner) anyway i already gather Henry and Jakob now i have 3,75% almost 4 in halloween banner for a while should i try for nowi since Sakura is not as good as nowi or not?
