February update in general

So generally, based on my understanding, banes/flaws no longer matter as long as you can merge the unit right?

So I have a +Spd -Atk NY!Azura that was already merged twice. So by February, the Atk bane is removed correct?

Yes that is how it works as long as the unit is merged the bane is removed

And it's the anniversary. It could get even better for all we know.
