Feathers

I have 30kish feathers but should I spend them on either another merge for Fir, would bring her to +8, or finishing Fae's skill set by getting her QR3? Both of these units I'm using as part of my arena core so that's why I'm unsure which to do, it's also the only reason I care enough to upgrade Fae from QR2 to QR3 because of arena.

Thanks in advanced for any suggestions!

Also need 1 more Fir to have enough to get her to +10, so time to see how long it will take trying to get that 1 copy of Fir? I've had at least a month span with no Fir summons before.

I say give it to Fir.

That's a tough one, but honestly, the difference in either change is pretty minute. I don't know a ton about arena scoring but I think the added cost for QR3 is worth more than the added merge, but I'm not sure. I think you can do either, with 30k you're already halfway to doing both, and both will probably be about the same benefit. If it were me, I'd pick the merge if I knew Fir was gonna get a boost to good stats, but the QR if I knew the stats weren't gonna be that helpful.

Merge Fir. You are so close to the end goal anyway. Good luck with summoning her. I would swap my Fir luck with you if I could, because I get her from red orbs more often than I would have ever wanted.

Give it to Fir. With the TT+ upcoming, you can get more feathers through the rewards they offer and get QR for Fae.

I'm pretty sure merges give more score then one more rank of QR. So I think the priority would be merges, but a great tool to use to check what your arena score would be is the arena score calculator which you can find by googling that (I believe the url is like arcticsilverfox or something). It's a rally useful tool for experimenting to find what the best possible score you can get is
