FE Awakening Team

Hi everyone,
I just finished some of my teams and I thought about making a new one with the game of my favorite character : Nowi, the cutest of all. I kind of decided the characters I'll run in the team but I'm not sure about the builds I should make.

?? (I don't know which B slot I should chose)

SS : ATK +3

Gaius (neutral IV .. I wish I had a Bridal Cordelia instead :( )
And I really don't know what I should do with him, maybe a debuffer could be good ? What do you think ?

And also : how should I set the ally support ?
I'd like to bring this team in arena, I should optimize for the scoring but I don't really have enough fodder yet, I have a few 4-star Chroms : should I use them as Aether fodder or merge them into my 5* ?

Probably have Robin support Chrom: plot-reasons and she can cover any blue units that get too close to him.

Gaius can set up debuff so Nowi can go in for the kills. I like the ideas!

Your Nowi looks perfect, I run vantage on mine which works nicely too. For Robin, B tomebreaker allows her to be an even better Rhinehart counter, not to mention ensuring that she kills some of the higher res blue mages (Delthea, Linde, etc.). For Chrom, you could either run a breaker skill (sword would be optimal), renewal, or even brash assault (though that could be substituted for a ss instead). As for your last one, I'm assuming you chose Gaius for the sake of having a colorless unit? With neutral Iv's, i'm not sure if he's worth investing in.....
You could go with Olivia (even a 4 star merge one would be good enough) if you wanted a more supportive unit?
For supports, run Nowi with Chrom so he can take out any unit with a dragon effictive weapon (this will work even better with sword breaker on Chrom) and then pair robin with your support unit.

For Gaius, I also like him as character and I'm kind of sick of Olivia (I used her too much). I though of Lissa too (for the sake of colourless this time) but her stat spread is kind of underwhelming, Dazzling Gravity + seems decent with all the repositioning I can make though.

The only other units that I like are : Cordelia, Tharja and Tiki

Nowi...I would honestly run Steady Breath over Fury, if you can afford it. Fury is good for the stat boost, but Steady Breath can help to proc Bonfire better, and with double S Support she really doesn't need Fury.
