But... Raven is faster than him. And Anna. And Legion... Hell, even Amelia is faster than him. :P
And why not give him Panic Ploy since his HP is fairly high, or Threaten Defense because...it's a defense debuff.
And you could do Vantage for the B skill.. or Wrath if you have it.
I have a +10 4 star bartre, too. I've set him up as a dedicated Armor killer in Arena Assault, with his Hammer(Need to get him the + version) Triangle Adept(to ensure Effie can't survive) and Axe breaker(to deal with the growing number of axe wielding armors.) He need only watch out for BK, Draug, and Zelgius. Oh, and I guess Zephiel, if ever I saw him in AA anymore.

Looks very good. Carrot axe is funny to see and I love it but the offset to fury is nice. And that’s all with solid defense.
I would give him desperation maybe for a B seal. If not that, renewal pairs well with the carrot axe to make him a tank. Speed smoke or attack smoke can be nice, I forget which one is a sacred seal, but make him tankier. If none of them, anything will work really. Speed +3, attack to def +3, hell even heavy blade or threaten speed. Nothing’s gonna double him other than axe breaker units or like super merged ayra.
Idk what special he’d want, I can’t decide either. Wanna go crazy? Add aether and he’s gonna heal back everything. If you’re like most players and don’t have a spare chrom or anything, Luna or bonfire are nice
