Fanmade blue dragon slayer

This guy is designed to be a dedicated dragon slayer, because that is the very reason for which he was created in his respective game. I tried to make him far more unique that other lancers here, though.

Myria's Spear - MT 15. Effective against dragons. When attacking or attacked by a dragon, damage is calculated using Garr's Def. Attacks against non-dragons do half damage(like non-wrathful staff users)

Let's Finish This! - CD 3 Increase damage dealt by 100%(Comes from when you fight him for the first time. If the battle lasts long enough, he says "Let's Finish This!" and his attack goes up about tenfold, as well as his chance to score criticals on you. This fight is made to be unwinnable for plot reasons.)

Guilt - Increases Base atk and Def by 5(not included in his depicted stats) when an ally dragon is on the field. Cannot be equipped without Dragons Slain: 300

Dragons Slain: Has no effect of its own. This one works a bit differently. The 300 there was the end result, but it will start at 0. Each time Garr KOs a dragon(and lives until the end of the battle) the number will go up by 1. When it reaches 300, it allows him to equip Guilt and refine his weapon. IF at any point he removes this skill, the count drops back to 0, Guilt is automatically unequipped, and if he had the refined version of his spear, he cannot equip it until the count gets back to 300

Refined Myria's Spear MT 15. (In addition to the mentioned effects above) When battling a dragon, dragon cannot follow-up, and this unit is guaranteed to. Deals full damage with all attacks(gains Wrathful against non-dragons)

The reasoning behind Garr's set up is he was created LITERALLY for the sole purpose of being a dragon slayer. In the story line, Ryu would have been his 300th dragon kill, had Ryu not inexplicably turned into a Kaiser Dragon and vanished. Years later upon their reunion, Garr expresses heavy guilt at all the dragons he'd killed, wondering if he was right. Guilt so strong, he wanted to take Ryu to see his goddess, the one who created Garr and ordered the death of the dragons, to find out why. His conviction became so strong, he eventually ends up taking up arms against said goddess to protect Ryu.
