Fallen Robin/Celica Any Good?

I just got a fallen robin and celica and I was wondering if they were any good. As far as I can tell, the Robin is +Def/-Res and the celica is +Res/-HP (image below). Should I invest into these? What do you guys think?

go for it, there's no draw back to investing in them

if you get other versions of them with better ivs, you can just merge

Except said investments, that's opportunity cost. Sure you can invest heavily into a top-tier unit but if that unit doesn't have a place in your team and you never use them then all of tat investment was waste.

Fallen Robin is gonna have more Defense to make Ignis hit hard, but that Resistance super bane is gonna hurt if you decide to run him for Arena. Still salvageable though since, as I said his Ignis is gonna hit HARD.

Celica I'm not too sure, but I think running Iceberg on her will make her hit hard.
