Fallen Robin or Legendary Ephraim: who to give Aether to.

So I got a +Atk-HP Fallen Robin and a Neutral IV L!Ephraim and had a bad iv chrom I'm willing to fodder off.
I was wondering which one would be the best to give Aether to since it would help both with Arena scoring.
