Fallen Robin (M) IVs

I've just summoned a +att - def Grima. I already have a +hp -spd Grima.
Does the new one have better IVs? Should I merge my old one into it? Or should I just feed it to my Black Knight for Vengeful Fighter?
Opinions please.

I definitely prefer the extra atk. Part of M.Grima's appeal to me is OHKO potential. Extra HP doesn't appeal to me because he expects to take two hits even if he's using wary fighter (just in different engagements)
