Fallen Robin IVs and idea

So I just randomly got my first Fallen Robin, and his ivs are a less-than ideal -atk +res, but I have a spare surtr, and I was wondering, with the recent introduction of steady stance 4, could a tanky robin build work well with steady stance 4+vengeful fighter? And regardless, is it worth trying to give him steady stance 4 to test it? Presumably, I'll EVENTUALLY get another robin with better IVs to merge into to make it more viable later on, but what are your guys' thoughts?

Well at least +res works well with his weapon, and he still has solid atk.
So you could have had worse.

I think he's one of the better users for steady stance.
With Vengeful Fighter and his DC breath Robin doesn't need DC or a Breath in his A slot, making Steady stance 4 a great option.

Plus a lot of enemies will double him, so it keeps him safe from specials.

Only problem might be that he'll be pure enemy phase. But that's no big deal
