Fallen Hardin and Robin with bad IVs

do you have a fierce stance 3 on you? if so you can give that to your robin for his a slot. hes more of a bait unit so with that and vengeful fighter he can hit back any foe harder with fierce stance. although i do believe -atk doesnt matter on robin cuz his atk is ridiculously high anyway.but yeah that what i did cuz my robin iv is similar to yours. (-atk, +def). i cant speak on hardin because i do not own him myself.
