Fallen Celica A slot budget

Can Attack +3 skill work as a budget option for Celica? Mine is -Attack +Res. Not the best, but it could’ve been worse. -Speed the worst bane.

Fury would probably be better, but you'd probably have to replace her chill spd with renewal or desperation to make the hp loss worth it. You could also give her the +3 atk seal as well.
