Fallen Celica IV Question

So, I’ve got a +ATK -RES and a +SPD -RES Fallen Celica and I’m not sure which one to keep.

Using Battle Calculators, +ATK has more favorable matchups if running the recommended DC or Fury set and can potentially run a Heavy Blade build better but 35 Speed seem a bit mediocre after one initial battle.

That's because 35 spd is mediocre. Both options are viable but for consistency sake your +Spd one is better in the long run, unless you favor building her as a nuke type unit than go for +Atk.

+spd is by far her best boon, it both boosts her physical defense and nuking potential. you defiantly want to run fury over DC tho, - res doesn't help DC at all.
