Fallen Celica +atk -spd ;-;

The plus to attack is pretty cool, but the bane to speed seems like it hurts more than the attack bane helps.What do I do? Chill speed fodder?

If you really want to use her Darting Blow can help fix her bane. Chill Speed+Darting Blow is a +13 speed for Celica whenever she attacks the unit with the highest speed. However I think Fury is still a great option since it increases her bulk and also her attack, allowing you to reach very high attack numbers which means that she is a great user for Heavy Blade. My build would be Fury/Chill Speed/Flexible C skill/Heavy Blade sacred seal. With this build I'd recommend Aether since she's going to run Heavy Blade and it helps her sustain after a combat.

You can also try Fury/Vantage with Heavy Blade and Ignis/Dragon Fang and try to find the opportunity to win a duel and then enter Vantage range while having her special ready for the Vantage outplay. You can also run Quickened Pulse. However if she uses Vantage it means she can't use Chill Speed, so take care. Fury/Swordbreaker is another build you can try.

I would recommend Life and Death, but imo her bulk is pretty decent so reducing it isn't the best option.
