Fallen Celica

I want to hear people's opinions of this Fallen Celica build.

This was the first Celica I pulled when she debuted in the Fallen Hero banner long ago. She's a DEF+ HP-, which I was initially disappointed with at first. However after having used her for some time, I really grew to like her and worked to make something out of her.

And this is what she's like currently. It's the same Offensive set posted on her hero page, but she uses Bonfire instead of Draconic Aura or Moonbow to take advantage of her high defense. With Bonfire, Celica is able to inflict ridiculous damage to units, especially when you factor in the effects of Beloved Zofia. Even when she's no longer under it's effects, it still deals pretty good damage.

Since I started working on her, I've managed to get two more copies and merged her. With the Luna banner still around, I'm hoping I can pull more copies of her.

I'm also planning on Summoner Supporting her, and these are her stats when S-Ranked. It pretty much patches up her low HP, coming close to an HP boon stat, and it gives her much needed overall bulk.

Looks good enough. It feels kind of bad (to me personally), that by merging you lost access to chill spd fodder, but if that doesn't matter to you, then there's no worries.

I think that it's a pretty good build! She's surprisingly bulky, especially with her weapon's effect.

While your current build is perfectly fine, one alternative you can take is replacing Fury for Atk/Spd Push from a S!Tana to increase her damage output and maximize the gains from her weapon. This skill with her weapon allows her to gain +9 Atk/Spd and +4 Def/Res whenever she is at full HP, which is pretty freaking scary to deal with. With the +Def boon, she has the same bulk as a Neutral F!Celica with Fury, so she wouldn't lose any bulk compared to this site's optimal build (which runs either +Atk or +Spd IVs). If you decide that you want to go down this route, I think that Draconic Aura should be used over Bonfire.

However, the weakness of this build compared to the Fury one is that she loses a lot of her offensive and defensive presence outside of full HP, where her weapon's and A-Skill's effects aren't active. This can be mitigated if you run Renewal or a healer / psuedo-healer on your team, but you might not have the resources to do so, or you just prefer to have a Celica that can function even outside Blessed Zofia's threshold without the help of your team. It's also quite the premium build, so I recommend that you don't pursue this path unless you really like this idea and / or really like Celica--or really hate Tana, I guess. (I thought this skill was worth at least a mention.)

Anyway, good luck getting more F!Celica!

Thanks!

Atk/Spd Push sounds really good, considering it means she doesn't get the chip damage from Fury each attack, and she still has respectable bulk without the Fury bonus. And combined with Renewal, it sounds even more scary! I gave her Renewal a while back in case I needed it, so it can work.

I can see if I can pull S! Tana, but I doubt I will. I'm a F2P player, with not much money on hand, so I have to save my free orbs as much as I can. Still, I'll give it a shot.

Don't waste your orbs on Tana. Sure, she might get summoned in the very first orb, but you might get completely shafted by the RNG and atk/spd push (while it could be interesting) is not really that much of a huge step forward.

If you are looking for fury replacements, you might find some luck with the brazen skills. After the first combat (where Zofia is active), she'll lose the Zofia effect, but will gain the brazen effect, gaining a large combat boost (either brazen atk/spd from Linus or brazen atk/def from Ares for even more tankiness).

Don't feel obligated to pull Tana if you can't afford it. I just wanted to suggest something different in case you already have one that you didn't plan on using for combat.

Fury is still going to be a really solid (and affordable) option.

My favorite F!Celica build is foddering her for Chill Spd for Firesweep weapon users ;>
