I have a 4* level 40 Fae that's been sitting around for months but I just checked and she's +atk/-hp. So I was wondering how she might be built, without any extra Breath fodder? I feel she could make a decent pair with my 5*+1 Nowi that has the SB Aether set for PvE content or AA. Plus she's probably my favorite dragon available in this game, but Binding Blade is also just my second favorite game in the series.

Hmm'st. If she has Lightning Breath+ already, pretty much any A skill would work. I would use Fury unless you're planning to be a sustain tank, and definitely Quick Riposte. Then pretty much any Ploy except Def, and Aether or Glimmer/Moonbow. Don't sweat it, she's pretty good no matter what build you use.
