You can pretty much keep all the default skills and be fine.B skill is the questionable one that's flexible. I say level her up and play with her a bit and then decide on what B skill you'd need.

Yeah, I’m considering just slapping something like Guard and replace Draconic Aura with Moonbow or Luna

Flashing Blade is an option too for a seal because she's infantry. There's also Vantage which may be a good budget option but I dont know how good it is on her yet.

I have decided... I will use Ignis (until I get a better special) with Flashing blade and Guard 3. Does that sound good?

I kinda love it. With her double bond she is reaching 51 speed and still have the atk lower of res/def with 54 atk. And both of her defenses are above 30 before buffs. If you run her with fortify dragons thats gonna be one scary Corrin

But the bond skills gives her a speed stat of 47, not 51. Have a nice day😅
