F robin refine is a lot of fun to use

I really like what they did with her
Her tome animation is basic but the tactic buff is nice

At least with my M!Robin who is +10 I much prefer using owltome.
Like the weapon base effect is quite useless, arcers are very rare and the only colorless you see is B!Veronica which he can't even deal with as he can't certainly kill her and may end up getting killed anyway, the refine is decent at most, he benefits more from receiving the buffs rather than giving the buffs, Def and res tactic will overwrite his buffs and are seals, atk tactic is available on a 4*, and Robin's refine just give +4 which is the same as hones and fortify

That just means you have 4 c slots (or more) for spurs and drives to support him and his teamates.
I have an idea of how this team might look like:
M!Robin
Arvis or Aversa
Cecilia, WT Olwen or Gunthra (i. e. green blade tome cav)
some dancer (anyone will do)
The main problem of both Robins that they need team build around them so they can stack buffs and shine. In that case, both of them can be build into player phase or enemy phase. Unlike CC+owl build Robin now can support hes/her teammates now. This refine is ideal for support units :
Buffbots such as Marth, groomMarth, B!Ninian both twins of Renais.
Ploy users: Lute, Arvis, Saias, Katarina.
Debuffers: Clarisse , Saizo , Ny!Corrin, F!Corrin with dark breath+.
Panic ploy users: Legion, Cherche, Valter,Luke.

Titania can do this better than both Robins can (she also has better movement type for tactics team) but she can't buff all stats without rally.

The thing is that he is the one that needs to get buffed, and his tome gives only a +4 which isn't that much, Titania is a much better Tactic buffer compared to him, +4spd is not always usefull while atk def res are the stats that normally matter then most, and a simple rally spd can easily cover that.
His weapon effect is quite useless as he will be using it only once in a while, he can't take care of Veronica (or any other healer) and archers are so scarse that his weapon effect becomes much less usefull

Why can't he have those buffs? Since he can buff his team, he can have a lot of spur and drive buffs (i wrote about it earlier).
He gives out visiable buffs to his teammates, then give him spur/drive buffs and everyone is happy.

The thing is team Robin needs a buffers and debuffers to be effective meanwhile tactic team with Titania can just have her as main buff bot and call it an day.

Well tactics give a better buff than spurs, and if i just want a buffer why use him instead of Titania, his base effect is almost useless anyway so there's also that.
If you use tactics in a team in which you also have a Robin, his prf literally becomes a 14mt Raventome which is not a relevant weapon anymore

Titania buffs: +6 stats from weapon tactic, +6 stats from C tactic, +6 stats from seal tactic = 18 total

Robin buffs: +16 stats from weapon tactics, +3 stats from C drive, +3 stats from seal drive = 22 total
