I was thinking of doing a merge project on her, so what are the best ivs for her? A boon in spd or atk?

Depends, really. Since Corrin's attack is so bad, an attack boon is the way to go in a lot of cases. On the other hand, a speed boon can help her double foes and prevent units from doubling her. Really depends on what team you're putting her on, what weapon you're going to give her, and what skills she's going to use.

Is she keeping Dark Breath, or are you giving her Lightning Breath?

Is she going to be on Dragon Emblem, or a mixed team?

How far are you willing to invest in her?

Dark Breath, as well as Lightning Breath, can be refined for either more speed or more defense. With the addition of Myrrh, Dragon Emblem now has access to Hone Dragons, increasing Corrin's speed by +6. So, again, it really depends on what you're gonna give her, and what team she's on.

I'm thinking of giving her lightning breath and on a mixed team, since I don't have Ninian or Myrrh to bump up her stats.
I think I'd be willing to invest quite a bit into her given that I have the units to fodder off.
