Extra Spring Sharena

Hi!
I got three Springs Sharena, I've merged one of them with another that was +Spd, and I have doubts of what to do with the third one. Should I merge her too? Fodder any skill of her to anyone?

I'd personally look to see if I had any units that might want that swift stance on her before merging her... I don't have any unit in mind and I don't know who you have, but I'd hold on to her for a bit and only merge her if you can't find a good candidate.
Foddering her off for res tactic is an option too, but I don't honestly see it being as useful as swift stance.

L'Arachel has res tactic at 4* so I'd say swift stance fodder or merge

If you like her, merge her. If you don’t, find a unit who could use the speed boost. If you have no ideal candidates, merge her.
